1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of MundoTech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
MundoTech provides:
- Custom software development
- Business automation solutions
- AI agent implementation and configuration
- IT equipment sales and delivery (European Union only)
- Consulting and support services
3. IT Equipment Sales
For equipment purchases:
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
- Delivery is available only within the European Union
- Free delivery for orders exceeding €500
- Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days
- All equipment comes with manufacturer warranty (minimum 2 years)
- Payment is required before shipping
4. Software Development Projects
- Project scope, timeline, and costs are defined in separate project agreements
- Changes to scope may affect timeline and pricing
- Intellectual property rights are transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed
- Source code is delivered with documentation
5. Payment Terms
- Accepted methods: Bank transfer, credit card
- For projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed)
- For equipment: Full payment before delivery
- All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
6. Warranties and Liability
We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free software operation
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This includes but is not limited to: business processes, technical specifications, and financial information.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become due
- Client receives all completed work
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
